With branches in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Doha, and Muscat, we specialize in family and children’s photography, generating AED 10M+ annually with a team of 80+ employees. As we expand, we need a strong leader to optimize operations, build a high-performing team, and drive new market growth.

Your Role & Responsibilities

As General Manager, you will be responsible for the overall performance and growth of our studios in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and Doha. Your role will be to drive business success while nurturing a positive and motivated team.

• Lead & Inspire – Manage and support a team of 80+ employees, ensuring they are motivated, productive, and aligned with company goals

• Drive Performance – Oversee studio operations, optimize efficiency, and ensure profitability targets are met

• Expand & Grow – Help launch new branches and enter new markets, ensuring smooth and successful expansion

• Create a Strong Team Culture – Build an environment where people feel valued, supported, and inspired to do their best work

• Adapt & Lead with Confidence – Navigate challenges, make strong decisions under pressure, and ensure operational excellence at all times

Who We’re Looking For

• Experience: At least two years in a senior leadership role (General Manager, Branch Manager, Operations Manager) in a structured, customer-focused environment

• Industry Background: Preferably from hospitality (restaurants, hotels), aesthetic clinics, retail, or other service-driven industries

• Leadership Skills: Experience managing teams of 50+ people, with a track record of delivering results and building a strong team culture

• Mindset: Hands-on, results-driven, adaptable, and able to lead with both strategy and empathy
